All Feelings Are OK Note Card

This is a constant reminder for me. I'm a person with lots and lots of feelings :D and sometimes feel I "shouldn't" be - but you know what? That's just how it is - I feel many things very deeply and am ok with it. I have to first accept my feelings in order to move on. It's ok if you struggle with this, too!
