When will my order ship?

Your in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. The day you place your order is day "0" Ex. if you place your order on Friday, your order will ship between the following Monday (day 1) and Wednesday (day 3).

How long does it take to receive my order?

All in-stock items ship from Arlington, Washington, so it depends on where you live. 

For US domestic shipping, when shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, it usually takes anywhere between 1 - 5 business days (in addition to the 1-3 day processing time).

For international mail, it varies wildly depending on which country you live in. It could take anywhere between 7-21 days. 

However, during the high volume season, e.g. Christmas time, it may take 2-3 additional days. So please plan ahead, or choose one of the expedited shipping options. (*Please note USPS shipping time is not guaranteed. Once the package goes out, I can't make them deliver any faster. I wish I could!)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free US domestic shipping for orders of $50 or more. 

What's your return policy?

If you receive damaged or wrong products, I'll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund. 

If you have any other concerns about the products you received, let's talk. I want you to be happy with your purchase and we'll figure out a way to make it right.

In any case, please email me at yuko@honeyberrystudios.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order. 

*For products purchased from a retailer, you'd need to contact them directly for refund/exchange.

I forgot to use my promo coupon! Can I apply it retroactively?

Unfortunately, since Shopify (this online shop platform) charges fees based on your original order amount - basically I pay a fee when I give discounts after the fact :( and would prefer not to do so.

Do you do custom work or change parts of your existing design for me?

No. I just don't have the time or bandwidth for it. Sorry!

I'm just getting started as a designer/artist/handmade business owner. Can I buy you a cup of coffee and pick your brains?

First of all, congratulations on following your dream and putting yourself out there. Hooray! 

Although I'm honored you want my advice, my life is very full and I'm not available to help everyone that asks, especially if we don't already have a relationship.

However, I've written several blog posts about tips and lessons learned from running my creative biz (scroll back to some of the older posts). 

And, my quickie advice for you would be : make lots of work you like, learn from your mistakes, know that your worth as a person is not connected to how much money you make, take care of yourself, start where you are, and trust your intuition.

Who manufactures your products?

That's a trade secret I've spent years figuring out. I can tell you most of my products are made in the USA by the professionals (just one product is made in Canada) I trust and are very high quality.
