Refund policy
If you receive damaged or wrong products, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery, and I'll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
If you have any other concerns about the products you received, let's talk. I want you to be happy with your purchase and we'll figure out a solution.
In any case, please email me at yuko@honeyberrystudios.com within 72 hours of receipt of your order.
*For products purchased from another retailer, you'll need to contact them directly for refund/exchange.
